Oscar’s Grind Strategy in Blackjack
Have you ever heard about the Craps player, who also known as “Oscar”? He (or she) was very successful in online gambling, and also developed this blackjack betting strategy. “Oscar’s Grind” could be named as the most suitable strategy if player are expecting the streak, no matter which – winning or losing one.
So let’s see how it works and what should player do when they play using this betting system. To start with, please remember that “Oscar’s Grind” considered being a “positive” system. But don’t think that all you will have to do is just increase your bets when you are winning or decrease it when you are losing. The main idea is based on the given sequences (streaks) of wins and losses.
As an example we’ll take any online casino which offers its players online blackjack. One betting unit will be equal to $5 (in most online casinos this is the standard bet). To complete the betting round player has to obtain 1 unit as net profit. After this they could start the next sequence. So if they won their firs hand – they just should continue betting 1 unit per hand. If they lost the first hand – the next hand will be with the same bet size (1 unit). After the win player will just double their bet and continue increasing bet size until they get at least one unit of net profit.
Maybe for someone this betting strategy will be a bit hard-to-get, but all in all this is pretty good blackjack strategy (maybe because it’s con) which could be used if player wants just to have some fun and not chasing big wins. It’s also good because it doesn’t require large bankroll (50-70 units will be enough).
